Status Contract Srl in fact wishes visitors to the www.statuscontract.com website to feel safe, both during simple navigation as well as when they decide to provide their personal information to use specific services or features.

Your personal data will be processed:

(i) without your consent (Article 6, paragraphs b, c, f, of the GDPR), for the following purposes:

  • to provide a service or one or more contractually agreed operations, with particular reference to the statuscontract.com website registration and the related use of services;

As part of the purposes of the above mentioned processing, it is hereby pointed out that processing will be carried out only of personal data concerning, for example, name and surname, tax number, VAT registration number, residence, domicile, e-mail address or Certified e-mail address, telephone number and fax, the data necessary for the provision of the services within the portal itself – including the navigation data and traffic and invoicing data relating to its users – as well as any other data that you provide when filling in the various forms.

  • Navigation data

Computer processing systems and all software procedures used to operate the www.statuscontract.com website – during normal operation – acquire some personal data whose transmission is implied in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This information is not collected to be associated with identified data subjects, but for its very nature this information could, through processing and associations with details held by others, make it possible to identify the users.

Your personal data may be stored in clouds and on servers located within the European Union owned and/or available to Status Contract Srl and/or third parties, duly appointed as data processors. Should the processing of your personal data require a transfer outside the European Economic Area, Status Contract Srl will sign appropriate standard contractual clauses with the importer subject that come under the models proposed by the European Commission.

In any case, your data will not be disseminated.
